It also provides biofuels and green chemistry services from concept to commissioning, which include basic engineering for bioethanol, sugar mills, sugar refineries, cogeneration power projects based on coal, bagasse, biomass, etc.; develops technologies for producing chemicals from renewable and bio-based raw materials; environment management and engineering services; business financial advisory; skill development services; develops, implements, and manages wind and solar projects; and provides satellite based AI/ML solutions for precision agriculture and infrastructure, as well as offers trustee and infrastructure services. The company was formerly known as MITCON Consultancy Services Limited and changed its name to MITCON Consultancy & Engineering Services Limited in October 2010. MITCON Consultancy & Engineering Services Limited was incorporated in 1982 and is headquartered in Pune, India.
