The company was formerly known as Foxconn Advanced Technology Limited and changed its name to Zhen Ding Technology Holding Limited in June 2011. Zhen Ding Technology Holding Limited was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Grand Cayman, the Cayman Islands.
