The company was formerly known as Shanghai Aiwei Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Shanghai Awinic Technology Co.,Ltd. in December 2014. Shanghai Awinic Technology Co.,Ltd. was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Shanghai, China.
